The services we provide under the Arch are:
Building Inspections - Cheaper than a Homebuyer and presented in ‘traffic light’ format, covering all elements of the property but in the most clear and concise terms.
Typically, 0.001% of purchase price with a minimum fee of £350.
Homebuyer Surveys - The ‘middle of the road’ offering with a full examination of all elements of the property but without quite as much detail as a full building survey. This is an RICS accredited product.
Typically, 0.002% of purchase price with a minimum fee of £500.
Building Surveys - The full monty! An RICS accredited building survey with photographic evidence of any building defects and extra sections on Energy Efficiency.
Typically, 0.003% of purchase price with a minimum fee of £750.
Other Services - Acquisitions/disposals, site finding and evaluation, including refurbishments. Cost saving services on building defects. Vendor Surveys. Fees by negotiation.
Other RICS Services - Red Book and Probate Valuations. Lease Extensions. Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals. Fees by negotiation.
